potential homes new or resale for you to view before you fly
out to visit.
- If you have already booked your Florida vacation, we can arrange
for Steve to show you what’s on offer, all the positives
and best areas that meet your requirements.
- If you rent a villa through Studio10uk for your Florida vacation
and subsequently buy either a new / resale villa using our services,
we will rebate you with up to 2 weeks of your Studio10uk villa
rental fee post completion of contracts.
- We can arrange short stay inspection visits (for a small fee
which is fully refundable post completion of contracts) to view
properties in Florida.
- If you decide to buy a new or re sale villa through Studio10uk
villas, we will not charge any Realtor fees associated with your
purchase.
